Given that many transfers happen without the necessity of a broker being involved (including the common transfer to other franchisees), Sunbelt is eager to work with your selling franchisees who, for whatever reason, cannot sell their business through the various non-broker methods or would prefer the presence of a professional intermediary. The program does not obligate you or your franchisees to use Sunbelt. We are presented as an option and a resource.
